we enjoyed a great stay here for 2 nights The place is gorgues inside and clean with a amazing view over looking the beach and the sea. easy check in and chdck out to and great communication and friendly chats with James himself to. would definitely stay again and already thinking about rebooking even though only just arrive home Shannon graveling jack anderson

It was so special to be able to watch the beach and waves from the dining table and sofas in this well appointed contemporary loft apartment. Accessed by a new metal external staircase it was lovely and private. The beds,linens and towels were very comfortable and good quality, and all the appliances and utensils worked perfectly.With very good water pressure,everything was beautifully clean and easy to use. A lovely stay.

We had a fantastic stay in the Penthouse North. Everything was clean and of excellent quality. The views are fabulous and James gave us precise information and instructions which really helped. We were glad of the private parking as it was very busy in Saltburn. We will definitely book again as it is one of the best places we’ve stayed in.

Great place, actually bigger than the pictures suggest and the view of the Sea was beautiful. Main room felt like the deck of an old ship. Super modern equipment and James was a great host. Will return.

Amazing place to stay! Very clean, quiet, stunning views, warm, and had everything you could possibly need! James was great at communicating, check-in was very easy and James also sent clear instructions on how to use amenities within the property. We will definitely be back, it’s such a lovely place!

Upon walking into the apartment we were amazed at the size and cleanliness The furnishings throughout the apartment were excellent We were in Smugglers Apartment with views over the sea spectacular, there is a balcony to make use of (but at this time of the year its a no for us) Would definitely recommend

Greeted by Manger James, very friendly and couldnt be more helpful. Cleaner was exceptionally thorough and friendly. Bed real comfy and plenty of space for hanging clothes. Fridge is a great bonus. Shower was best I have used and I have been in some 5* hotels that dont compare. Lots of cafes or restaurants in walking distance. A range of interesting shops nearby. I definitely recommend for a weekend away or longer term. I have currently stayed 3 weeks due to being inbetween a property move :-)

The owner James was excellent The cleaning was immaculate Staff really friendly Shower was excellent and the room was a great size. Lots of eateries within walking distance, either cafe type establishments or Restaurants, Bars

This was my second visit to the apartment. It is spotlessly clean , comfortable and exactly as shown on the photographs. I did not make use of the available parking due to leaving early on a morning and not wanting to disturb others, however the parking area is private and secure. Thank you for hosting me again James and i look forward to booking again in the new year.
