Originally booked 16 nights as waiting completion of my own property. The room is very comfortable, clean and quiet with parking if needed and availiable. James the owner couldnt offer any more help. The cleaner was very thorough and helpful. The shower was the best shower 5* I have ever been in and I have been in some top hotels. Booked another 3 nights and will book further nights if need be. I found some great cafes for hot food - Annie's and Sitting Room. Koselig is great for coffee and pastries. All cafes accept Dogs! There are various restaurants in walking distance. I also found Gosneys Butchers great at lunch for a hot take away meal. Church chippy is great. There are further cafes and restaurants down the hill, on the seafront.

James was the perfect host, great communication, clear check in instructions, very polite & helpful. The room was absolutely lovely, clean and luxurious, and the bathroom too. Everything I needed and more. The bed was amazing, really comfortable! Location literally footsteps from the seafront, beach and the lovely shops, cafes and restaurants in Saltburn. A very easy and relaxing stay, great price, highly recommended.
